Taylor Owen testifies before House of Commons Committee: C-18
On Friday, November 4, Centre Director Taylor Owen, testified before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage on the topic of C-18. This bill is also known as the Online News Act and is presently being studied by the committee.
